How it works
"Where is my order?" is one of the most common questions in an online store. With an order lookup, the assistant fetches the order from the system and replies with where the parcel is, instead of sending a link to a tracking page.
It needs a connection to the system where the order is kept, and a way for the customer to show the order is theirs, since an order number on its own is not secret.
