About these terms
Kodivo is a Swedish sole trader (enskild firma) that runs the website kodivo.se. Our services are aimed at companies and organisations. The terms below apply to everyone who visits or uses the website, whether you only read or write to us.
The terms apply to the website itself. An assignment that we carry out for you is governed by a separate agreement, and if that agreement says something other than this page, it is the agreement that applies.
This is a translation of our Swedish terms. If the two versions differ, the Swedish version applies.
Use of the website
You may use kodivo.se to read about us, contact us and try our AI assistant. You may not, however:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems
- disrupt its operation, for example through malicious code, overloading or automated requests on a large scale
- scrape, copy or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written approval
- use the chat to send unlawful, offensive or misleading content
- pretend to be someone other than who you are
Any misuse of the website or its content may lead to us shutting off access and to legal action.
Intellectual property rights
All content and material on this website is owned by Kodivo unless otherwise stated. This applies to text, images, graphics, code, design and our name.
You may read, print out and share individual pages for personal or internal use. You may not copy, alter, sell or use the material for your own commercial purposes without our written approval.
Content owned by someone else is used with permission, and the rights remain with the owner.
The AI assistant and the chat
On the website you can try an AI assistant of the same kind as the ones we build for our clients. Keep the following in mind when you use it:
- The answers are generated automatically and may turn out to be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- The assistant gives general information, not legal, financial or technical advice.
- An answer from the assistant is not a binding statement from us about price, timetable or what we undertake to do.
Do not write sensitive information in the chat
Passwords, personal identity numbers, payment details and information about health do not belong in a chat window. What you write is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Services, quotations and agreements
Services or collaborations discussed via this website are not guaranteed until they have been confirmed by us in writing. This applies whether the discussion took place in the chat, via a form or by email.
What is stated on the website is a description of what we can do, not a binding offer. An agreement arises only once we have confirmed scope, price and timetable in writing.
Term and termination
The term of the agreement, the notice period and what is included are agreed in writing with each customer. What is stated here applies unless that agreement says otherwise.
When an agreement ends, the assistant stops answering on the customer's website. The customer's knowledge base and stored conversations are then deleted both with us and with the platform we run the assistant on. If the customer wants a copy of their material, it has to be requested before the agreement ends, because afterwards we have nothing left to hand over.
Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are still kept for the period that applies to such material. How long is stated in the privacy policy.
Information and prices
We do what we can to make the information on kodivo.se correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that everything is always accurate. Prices, features and descriptions may change without us giving notice in advance. Obvious typographical or pricing errors are not binding on us.
Availability and changes
We aim for the website to be available around the clock, but we cannot promise it. Maintenance, updates, disruptions at our suppliers or events beyond our control may make the site unavailable for shorter periods.
We may at any time change, move or remove parts of the website, including the chat.
Links to other websites
The website links to our social media accounts and may link on to other sites. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run ourselves, and a link does not mean that we stand behind what is written there.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or other consequential damage that arises when you use the website or rely on information here.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that under mandatory law may not be limited, for example in the case of intent or gross negligence. If you are a consumer, the terms also do not affect the rights you have under consumer legislation.

Your security matters
kodivo.se is SSL secured with HTTPS, which means that the traffic between your browser and the website is encrypted when you visit or contact us. You can see this from the padlock in the address bar.

How we collect, use and protect personal data is described in our privacy policy. It forms part of these terms, and it also sets out what rights you have and how you exercise them.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when needed. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the new version.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
Swedish law applies to these terms. Disputes are determined by the Swedish general courts.
If you are a consumer, you can instead turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
