How it works
An AI agent is given access to tools, such as an online store, a booking system or a CRM, and decides for itself which tool is needed to resolve the customer's case.
That makes it more useful, but also more demanding. The agent needs clear limits on what it may do, and it must be possible to see afterwards what it has done.
