How it works
When an AI assistant is connected to a system, it gets access with set permissions. The fewer permissions, the less can go wrong.
The basic rule is that the assistant should only get what it needs for its tasks. If it should read an order, read access is enough. If it should start a return, it gets permission for exactly that and nothing else.
