How it works
When you write to an AI, what you write is a prompt. An AI assistant also has a prompt the customer never sees, with instructions on tone, which topics to stick to and when to hand over.
Small changes in a prompt can make big differences in the answers. So it is tested against real questions and adjusted over time, rather than written once and left alone.
