How it works
A language model writes what should reasonably come next. Without material it can fill the gap with something that sounds believable: an invented price, a term that does not exist or a product that never existed.
The risk drops when the model may only answer from material, when it is instructed to say it does not know and when someone reads the conversations and corrects what goes wrong.
