Data processor
Someone who processes personal data on behalf of someone else, for example a provider running an AI assistant for a company.
Knowledge base
When sensitive data, such as phone numbers or card numbers, is replaced with characters before the message is used further.
01Explanation
People write things in a chat they would never put in an email. Masking recognises data by its shape, such as a sixteen-digit card number, and replaces it before the text is used further in the conversation.
Masking catches what has a clear shape. Names and street addresses look like any other words and are therefore harder to recognise.
02In practice
In our assistants, seven kinds of data are replaced with asterisks: email addresses, phone numbers, personal identity numbers, card numbers, postcodes, IP addresses and links. Names and street addresses are not caught. How the masking works.

In a short demo we show how an AI assistant can answer your customers' questions, using your own material. It takes a quarter of an hour. From SEK 3,900 a month excl. VAT, with the exact price set after the demo.
