How it works
The knowledge base is what lets the assistant answer questions about your particular company. It is built from the material you already have, and the assistant looks up the answer there instead of making it up.
The quality of the answers follows the quality of the material. If the same thing is written in two places with different details, the assistant cannot know which applies, and if an answer is missing from the material it cannot give it.
